Shipping Information
Our shipping is usually handled through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Due to the average small packages sold it is the most reasonable and reliable for the cost. We try to be as fair as we possibly can about our shipping so the amount of shipping charged on an order is based on the weight of the item purchased. The best way to see the shipping costs that you will be charged is to click on the "Add To Cart" button for the item and the amount will be listed. As items are added to the shopping cart you can see the rates change accordingly. When ordering multiple items, postage charged may be more than necessary. If so, you will be reimbursed all amounts over $1.00. We DO NOT charge any handling fee.
International and Canadian customers will be charged according to US Postal Service rates. You will be notified prior to shipment if additional funds are required.
Exchanges:
Exchanges will not be permitted. Be sure that what you are purchasing is what you want! Defective or damaged products may be exchanged as stated above. Any/all shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returned checks:
There is a $25 returned check fee.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt in NEW, UNUSED condition and in it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING. You MUST contact us BEFORE shipping your item back so that we can issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to you. Upon receiving your item we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your credit card minus a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees.
Please note:
If you you return an item with no RMA number we will refuse the return. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNED ITEMS. Any/all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Remember that YOU are responsible for damage that occurs to the item you are shipping back to us. We recommend you use a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance.
